Below you will find information on the investment to produce a high quality online course, what to expect when working with our team and how to best prepare for filming!
The Good Vibe Process
DISCOVERY CALL
This is where we will get all of the initial information about your course needs and make sure we are the right fit for each other! After that, we will draft up a formal proposal for you to review! Once approved, we will book your pre-production call & film day!
PRE-PRODUCTION
We will meet via zoom for two different thirty minute pre-production meetings to discuss all of the logistics for your film days - think script and module outlines, filming locations, shots lists, timelines, models, stylists, hair and makeup & all the other fun details!
PRODUCTION
Let’s get rolling! We will typically complete all of our filming in two-three days, based on how much course content you have! You can expect to our team of producers to make sure you feel prepared, comfortable and excited on film day.
POST PRODUCTION
We will deliver the first round of edits via Dropbox within four weeks after filming is completed. After initial deliverables are sent, we will schedule a post-production call to review any edits you have! We include one round of revisions in every package. All additional edits will be billed by the hour. Rush edits are available for an additional fee.

Two pre-production calls via Zoom
Two full days of filming
Production crew of two - three people
Two camera angels, all filming in 4k
High quality lighting and audio package
Hair and makeup (for up to two people)
Catered lunch (for up to four people)
Filming of up to three hours of course videos
Up to five micro videos to be used for marketing your course
Custom sound design, text graphics and color grading
All deliverables sent via Dropbox within fours weeks of film date
